民宿位置很好找，門口就可以停車很方便，房東很熱情，房間屋裡床單被罩也很乾凈，設施齊全，四樓還有一個樓台，環境不錯，距離拓林老鎮走路幾分鐘就到，周邊飯店也很多，非常方便！

民宿好找，好停車，離柘林老街1分鐘車程，離廬山西海景區1小時車程。房間設施設備新，清潔衞生特別好。老闆娘隨和心細，特意安排了預訂做早餐生意的鄰居的包子豆腐腦和拌粉，都熱乎乎的，好好吃！物美價廉！很不錯的民宿小店～

房間乾淨整潔，因為行程匆忙又太累沒想到拍照。民宿離柘林古鎮很近，走路不遠就到了，走路去坐觀光車到夢山碼頭去西海也很方便。我女兒是過敏體質，幾乎每次住酒店都容易過敏，但在李家小院民宿住宿卻沒過敏，説明床上也很乾凈喲。我訂房之前，看評論説老闆娘人很好，我住過了，深有體會，真的又熱情又熱心。我退房回去，老闆娘告訴我在哪等班車，特意幫我問班車什麼時候一趟。很不錯的民宿，有種回家的感覺。

就是農村自建房，房屋內部裝修還可以，沒有電視，枕頭不太行，地方有點不起眼，整體來説還説得過去。
