垃圾酒店，衞生差，樓下就是兩條火車軌道，幾分鐘一趟火車，根本就不用睡。紙巾也是之前客人用了留下的一點點，毛巾，牆上太噁心了🤢地毯上還一股酸臭味，早餐更沒東西吃，自己去外面吃了

電視沒有機頂盒還怎麼看電視，看個電視全部要你開通vip。沒去過這麼差的，酒店房間消毒水味太重了。自助餐廳吃的太少，早餐券的日期都會寫錯。我搞不懂前台怎麼乾的。時間環境與圖片不符，16樓房間馬桶旁邊還有蝗蟲出現還好我及時打死在衞生間。

隔音差，樓道打掃阿姨説話都聽得到，被子很薄，不開空調睡的很冷，開了空調渾身癢，不知道是乾的癢還是被子臟，總之下次不會去了，餐廳還不讓拿到房間來吃，成心不想讓我們吃，誰那麼早起來吃早餐，定的特價房跟城景大床房其實是一樣的，就想加價，給的房卡上面都寫着城景大床房

物美價廉，物超所值！觀湖風景還挺好的，如果對睡眠外音有嚴格要求的人，可考慮觀城房間，因為樓下會經常有火車通過，略有小吵。
