看門口的牌子就知道是體制內的酒店，感覺住着很安全，設施有些老舊了，但是還夠用。早餐比較簡陋，如果時間來得及建議去外面吃。

賓館環境不錯，是黨校培訓中心，紅色賓館，停車位置很多很方便，賓館設施也好，衞生乾淨，服務也不錯，就是賓館的餐廳價格太貴，本身價格高，過年期間還要上浮20%，刀太快了

在九江干部學院內，有足夠的停車位。房間乾淨整潔實惠。早餐簡單，但是中餐跟晚餐可以在一樓的包廂點餐，價格適中，口味也還可以。這次是帶父母旅遊，酒店裡海昏侯博物館衹有20多分鐘的車程，還挺方便的。

老套的政府賓館裝修風格，標準間房間面積不大，甚至可以很侷促來形容。入住的房間地板翹了起來，夜起踏在上面起伏几下。有4瓶礦泉水300ml那種免費提供，夏天用水量大，打電話到前台説能否再送一些過來，前台説要收費。現在不少酒店，喝水都實現了管夠那種。官辦的，就這麼牛氣。在這個小縣城裡，它就是這麼牛氣。因為要看最美水上公路，凌晨5點退房，沒看到工作人員在前台。也沒用早餐。説實在，300一晚這樣的酒店，感覺不是物有所值。
