申請取消訂單被拒絕，被迫住一晚，結果遇到來江西8天以來最差的酒店：衣櫃門把壞的；電話線壞的；電視居然不是高清和網絡電視，而且還有雪花；小童木屋放個搖搖晃晃的坐地燈，差點把小孩砸了；還放了些地攤玩具，隱約貼了標價，想坑人來拆。這酒店連山上農家民宿都不如。

開開心心出門度假，沒想到在酒店大堂摔一跤，請問你們地上有顧客不小心弄的水，就不能及時處理嘛？還讓另一個顧客來買單這行為？結果因為摔一跤，晚上温泉沒去，第二天水上樂園也沒玩，直接躺平一天，現在一個星期過去了，我的腳還是腫的和疼痛！

酒店和周邊的環境很好，離西海景區很近，本身就是度假型酒店，裏面的服務、設施各方面都很到位！酒店的温泉非常好，室內室外大大小小有很多個，還有汗蒸房、休息區，值得一去。
周邊的農家菜館不少，酒店一樓的中餐廳做得味道很不錯，魚是這裏的特色，菜的價格也很親民，推薦打卡。
逃離城市的喧囂，在這個依山傍水的地方，好好放鬆享受生活吧！

非常好的入住體驗，温泉池子品種泛多，各種風格，衞生也比較好，落葉等再加強管理就更好，很多建築設施也年久待修，含氡水質特別特別的好，非常值得去體驗，樓下餐廳有當地有機雄魚，還有白魚，做的味道也特別好，價格也不貴，總之，還想再去

非常不滿意的一次體驗，第一，我們一共定了4套房，其中一個訂單顯示的是成功的，不知道什麼原因酒店説訂單退了，最後折騰了一個小時才弄好，聽到前台電話裏説我朋友男生弄錯了x女士。第二，我們住進去不到一個小時酒店就停了兩次電，朋友還被卡在電梯裏，她很樂觀，把我們嚇壞了。第三，九江文旅打的一手好文字遊戲，看見九馬是免費才來這裏，不像湖北這邊真實的免費泡温泉，下次還是問清楚再決定旅行路線。一羣人出來玩因為這個酒店全部不開心。

酒店環境好，配套全，雖然設施稍舊，但房間內有浴缸可以泡温泉還是很舒服的，早餐品種多，味道好！在攜程訂的比在酒店現場貴，經跟攜程反饋後客服很快處理，退回了30多元。

酒店環境不錯，在山腳下，房間寬敞明亮，還有個陽台，滿足了吸煙的需求。床品乾淨整潔，温泉泡去了一天奔波的疲勞，晚餐在酒店吃的，餐廳經理（一位男士）非常熱情的迎接我們，菜品味道也挺好，份量很足。早餐也比較豐富。酒店前台、保潔、餐廳服務員態度都很好！
