酒店前台小宋服務熱情，環境非常不錯，房間衞生乾淨，早餐豐富，酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，服務好的沒話説，熱情效率高，基本有求必應.主要是房價實惠，停車免費，住的很滿意!

不吹不黑 房間設施設備齊全 但是衞生一般 而且喝水的杯子裏面還有黑點，前台的服務非常一般，已經告知水不夠喝的情況下還被告知水是要被收費的，氣的沒話説 水衹有300毫升 兩個人根本不夠喝 交了錢水都不能要 同價位的酒店不如選擇其他的酒店， 而且剛進門的時候房間有個小卡片，我直接驚呆了 這是怎麼塞進來，我跟我朋友出行安全都有點擔心，會不會有人直接進來，走的時候我都不敢説話，直接就走了

每年好幾次上海南寧來回跑。因為帶寵物所以就會有限制。永州來回住過好幾次，最早住在零陵古城那邊，後來換成冷水灘。這次是第一次落腳這裏，寵物友好，等下車庫可以停車，地庫燈光有點暗。早餐還是可以的，前台服務非常好，有需求也是及時幫助解決的。新裝修的酒店，邊上永州味餐飲也是很方便很不錯的。離高鐵站居然非常近。自駕還是很方便的。以後就選這裏作落腳點了。不錯的酒店，性價比很高。
