I have stayed here many times, and Huatian's service is as good as ever. Thank you to Xiao Liu at the front desk. The room is clean, the view is wide, the breakfast is good, and parking is convenient. It is close to Wanda and has complete facilities and equipment. I will come again next time.

The hotel is in a good location. I live on the 16th floor and I can see the Xiangjiang River from the window. It's very suitable for a family trip. The breakfast in the hotel is also delicious. My kids love it. It's great for someone who can't live without coffee. There is a fully automatic coffee machine. It's a very happy experience. The room manager is very enthusiastic and I mentioned it. My husband likes to drink the black tea provided by the hotel. I gave him a few packs when I left. 這幾年出差住酒店無數，很少給差評，但這裏實在忍不住了要給重點差評了。
1.前台服務差。酒店明明不滿房，給我們兩個尾房，我懶得下去換了，另一位朋友下去換下去換房間，前台還一臉不耐煩問為什麼。
2.房間衞生很差，床單有血漬沒洗乾淨，毛巾舊得邊上都爛了，洗手盆下緣一圈都是黑色的，電話和門的積灰肉眼可見，具體看圖。
3.上午人在洗手間，服務員來敲門打掃，讓她稍微等一下再來，還一直不停敲門。
4.早上想電話問早餐廳在幾樓，無論賓客服務中心還是大堂電話都是接不通的，一個説空號，一個説沒上線。
5.外賣可以直接上客房敲門，電梯門卡形同虛設。早餐吃得比較晚，在餐廳接咖啡的時候服務員説收攤了，把我趕走了，衹能外賣一個肯德基早飯，外賣員居然來敲門，嚇一跳，電梯刷房卡的功能就是擺設！
