The conditions of the family hotel are average, there is no elevator, and there is no free parking lot, but they didn’t explain it clearly and tricked us into looking for free parking. The boss was dishonest and directly said that free parking was not provided, so I didn’t have to look around for it😒. His so-called free parking is parked on the side of the road more than a thousand meters away from the hotel, which is really a hassle for those of us with a lot of luggage. The mahjong double bed room I booked on the second floor smelled bad from the sewerage in the bathroom and I couldn't live in it. I negotiated with the boss to change to a double bed room without mahjong next door. The boss had a very bad attitude and refused to refund the price difference. He said that it was our responsibility to change to a smaller room. We requested that the same room type go to the 4th floor, and there is no elevator. It was difficult for us to move our luggage, so we had to live in the smaller room next door. Is the boss's way of doing business robbing passers-by? 😤
I don’t want to argue with them when I’m out, and the boss’s attitude leaves no room for reason. When I got home, I communicated with Ctrip customer service. Ctrip solved my problem very well. Ctrip is still very honest, so I will remain a loyal customer of Ctrip in the future because the service is guaranteed! 👍🏻
