Good location close to the station. No on-site parking. NCP close enough, but nearly £15 per day. A Premier Inn, so you know what you're going to get. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a converted building, so access to the room was a bit tortuous, but really no bother. Not far to the city centre and a convenience store close by

Forty minutes before and after check-in, the front desk had a very bad attitude, did not solve the problem, and did not clean the room the next day. The only advantage is that it is close to the train station. Not highly recommended.

入住當天前台態度很好，沒到時間check in先請我們去餐廳隨便坐。下午三點拿到房間，有幫我們孩子加了沙發床和摺疊床，真的太感謝了。床品質量都很好。距離城牆和城門很近。遺憾的是，我們需坐公交車去惠特比和思卡布羅，時間原因沒有品嚐到早餐和晚餐。公交站和超市也在附近。

Stayed at blossom street south for one night on good Friday 18th of April, once checked in quickly got changed and headed out for the day, got back to the room at around 10pm and had a cuppa watched tv for a short time, then when we tried to settle down for the night all we could hear was a constant humming noice which appeared to be coming from an extraction unit on the roof directly outside the window of the room this resulted in myself and my husband having very little sleep whatsoever, complained to the lad on reception on check out and was given a card to contact customer relations which was a complete waste of time they were not interested whatsoever so beware if you are allocated room 115

Very disappointing visit. Lack of cleanliness all around the hotel . Needs a good refurbishment. Our room was noisy, with dirty sheets and lack of toilet paper. No staff were to be found due to the automatic check in and check out . Not up to standard of other Premier inn
