Room was to small bed should off been. Queen that is what I thought I’d book it was a double.

I encountered something in your hotel that deeply disappointed and disturbed her. I have stayed in your hotel for more than two weeks and booked a room for ten nights. However, it appears that my loyalty and patronage were met with a severe lack of professionalism and courtesy by your hotel staff this morning. The incident happened on March 13 at around 10:25am when I came downstairs for breakfast. Despite being a regular customer, the waiter informed me that breakfast service was ending. So she quickly placed her order, finished her meal efficiently in about 15 minutes, and left the dining area. As I left the dining area, I encountered three waitresses stationed at the bar. Out of politeness, she politely said "thank you." However, to her surprise and disappointment, none of the waiters thanked me for my gesture and continued working without a response. It must be noted that there were no other customers in the restaurant at the time, thus eliminating possible disruption from external noise. Still, I got no response. Stay was wonderful, a bit confused why the beds weren’t made when room service visited, but other than that, it was clean, cosy and smelt nice!

They’re okay but not sure if £100 a pricy but everything just about right. The car park full of small rock so maybe a bit careful

I booked a room with a double bed and a sofa bed, but it turned out to be a small suite with two beds, not in the same room. The sofa bed room is more cozy and the facilities are all indigo standard, retro and British style. The hotel is in a good location and is walking distance from the attractions. It only takes a taxi to the train station. Recommended semi-buffet breakfast for 6-8 pounds. Full breakfast. Recommend delicious Chinese food near the hotel.

Lovely hotel . Cannot really say anything negative about about it . I ve stayed in many many hotels over the years with work so I am very welltravelled . The staff are very helpful and friendly . Location is great . Very nice buffet and a La carte breakfast . We had scrambled eggs and smoked salmon this morning and it was cooked to perfection . Parking is £15 a night . I was a little worried about finding a car parking space due to some of the reviews I had read . The area is very small so I am not sure how it will work if the hotel is very busy albeit we did not have a problem. Check in was very smooth and quick without any issues . I will definitely return and would recommend . We stayed for 2 nights .
