The overall environment of the hotel is good. The front desk on the first floor is connected to the bar. The service is friendly and it is convenient to travel. It is very convenient to Diagon Alley and is suitable for strolling through the streets of York.

底層服務枱與酒吧在一起，比較亂。服務員兩頭忙不專心。沒有停車場。

位置很好，停車也方便。早餐很豐富，非常標準的英式早餐。就是床墊很軟，睡得不太適應。

The room was large, but it was only on the first floor when I checked in. The windows could not be opened, so I had to turn on the air conditioner and draw the curtains. The air was not circulated and it was a bit noisy outside the window. The bathroom has poor drainage and no wet and dry zones, so water easily overflows.

Wonderful stay in a modern, cool hotel. Would recommend to anyone. Great
