The WiFi did not work. You would connect and it would drop. You could not stay connected. One of my traveling companions had some emergency work stuff come up on our trip and he couldn’t work from here. The owners response was “I’ve never had that complaint in 25 years”. My response is , this is 2023 where people expect a usable WiFi. Maybe the problem is she has a 1998 WiFi? Nevertheless, upgrade your WiFi and when a customer has an isssue the proper answer is “let me call my WiFi provider or my it guy”. The answer should not be that it works for everyone else so it must be you. The response was not what you expect when you are in one of the most luxiourious towns ever. It was bad customer service.
