以前住過，房間乾淨，但是服務態度我覺得不行，房間我沒住申請退款給我拒絕了，聯繫商家同程客服都跟我説協商失敗，互相推脱，總得給我個處理方式吧？一百多塊錢不是別人的血汗錢嗎？
