作為一個一年出差接近200天的人，大部分時候都住的全季，特意給酒店差評的這是第一家！
這一家酒店我是第三次入住，第一次沒注意細節，第二次和第三次都住的套房。
第二次入住的時候先是發現了衣櫃裏沒收走的被穿過的一次性拖鞋，讓服務員收走後，又發現了垃圾桶裏的襪子！嚴重懷疑布草就沒好好收拾，當場讓客房來重新換了床上用品才住的。
這一次又住的套房，先是發現了浴室裏沒收拾的牙刷，因為我不用酒店的牙刷，所以地上的一次性牙刷肯定是上一任房客留下的。更搞笑的是煮麪大姨不洗手就給我上菜，碗邊上留下來大姨白生生的指印。最過分的是在菜裏發現了蟲子！
我就納了悶了，這家酒店是完全沒有管理嗎？

一直定全季因為不踩坑，但是這家全季衞生真的太差了！看日期是新開業 但是房間進去後一股奇怪的味道 聞着像是潮濕的抹布沒有晾乾一樣潮潮的又帶着點異味的味道 床頭放了小香薰機 可能是為了防止客人覺得有異味 但是插上電源一點用都沒有不怎麼工作！ 雖然有窗但是不向陽 房間一點都不暖和很冷！不是有地暖嗎？？完全感覺不出來！而且床單上有不明毛髮！電視下面的桌子上也有一大撮！這房間打掃了嗎？？衞生怎麼這麼差！
隔音也一般 在房間能聽見布草車經過 還有路過人説話的聲音很明顯 私密性太差了…
衞生間沒有防滑墊！地磚還很滑 進去拿東西差點仰頭摔一大跤！雷點太多了…

1.普通大床房都是對着樓梯或者盡頭的房間，這點沒有標註清楚，事後告知。
2.酒店客服不知道客人訂的房沒有早餐，上來就説沒有早餐，我發現不對，又改口説以攜程上顯示的為準。
3.我不是第一次來這裏住了，逐漸發現很多不合理的地方，希望店總能改善服務，傾聽旅客心聲，乾點實事。

酒店設施很新，前台服務人員態度很好，很熱情，還送了一袋水果，酒店位置也很好，房間夠大，唯一缺點就是枕頭兩個都是暄軟的，枕一個還低兩個還高，有一個換成彈力記憶棉枕就好了

知道有婚宴訂房就應該在客人入住的時候問一句是喜歡安靜還是無所謂，一大早被吵醒，一句客户喜好和習慣都不問就把房卡辦好了，請加強培訓。

酒店位置非常好，下了高速就到了，樓下就是餐飲集合 可以説是非常全面和方便，房間內部設施很新，還貼心的配有加濕器 智能馬桶，服務人員非常熱心 還給我們升級了商務大床房，總體來説 我認為是在禹城最好的入住體驗，早餐種類也很豐富，還會選擇在這裏住的！
