民宿是一個獨棟別墅有多層，定的是有大露台的大床房，裝修很不錯也蠻新的。我們當天早上坐高鐵到達雁盪山先打車去了民宿，老闆娘在門口迎接了我們送到房間，因為趕着去玩放好行李匆匆忙忙就出發了。景交車在民宿門口就有點，出門上車買了40的無限次票，到幾個景區都非常方便。我們按照大龍湫方洞靈巖靈峯的順序玩了一圈。周邊點外賣還算方便，晚上回到房間點了燒烤在露台躺椅上開心夜宵，可以看到遠方朦朧的山影，不錯的體驗。

和朋友一起帶娃自駕出遊，提前搜了幾家雁盪山附近的民宿備選，想着開到哪算哪再定住哪裡的。 快到靈巖附近的馬路邊直接被這家小苑給吸引住了，入眼就是清清爽爽乾乾淨淨的，老闆娘也非常熱心接待，就挪不動腳步啦，直接下訂單入住。 房間提供了歡迎果籃，這裏的水果真的是這麼多年入住酒店民宿吃過最好吃的水果沒有之一🤩老闆娘姐姐還給推薦了附近超好吃的飯館。 早餐親自煮了特色海鮮麪，一人一大碗 料足鮮美，吃得超滿足😋女兒説沒住夠，下次一定再來。

房間非常乾淨清爽衞生，尤其是衞生間，用的非常舒服，寬敞整潔，淋浴亭尤其好用，出水順暢，出水量大！
老闆娘熱情大方出手闊綽，礦泉水隨便拿，送的迎客水果品質非常高，竟然還有櫻桃！
民宿的早餐非常可口，都是老闆娘一大早親自做的。海鮮麪海鮮料十足！吃粥配的肉包子，一吃就知道是自己做的，果然老闆娘説裏面的肉用的都是本地豬肉！
總體評價非常棒，推薦大家住！

民宿裝潢特別新，因為我們個人的一些需求，老闆免費幫我們換房間了哦哈哈，即使原來的房間已經被我搞亂了，老闆真的太好了！！！早餐種類豐富，很好吃，樓下就是景區公交車站，也太方便了吧！附近景色也很美哦~

看了幾天的雁盪山民宿，都沒有找到合適的，這家看着圖片還可以，而且也是新的，抱着試一下的態度去了，超出預期！
先説一下設施環境，不像民宿，更像是留給客人住的家裡的一間客房，小樓總體的裝修選材和用料都很用心，而且一看都不是便宜隨便裝裝的那種，所以進去以後房間不大，但是很舒服。
再説説服務，無論你何時回去&出門，老闆娘總在那裡，還送來洗好的水果，前一天會問你第二天早餐幾點吃，想吃什麼。有一天會回去還看見他們家裡在樓下小院吃飯，很温馨特別熱鬧。
老闆娘那一碗海鮮麪真的太絕了，每天早上一碗叫醒身體，舒服落胃，這是食材好才能不加黑科技煮出來的味道。
出行雁盪山非常推薦，去各個景點也都很方便，基本都是3分鐘打車距離，房間比照片拍的好，推薦！

衞生：非常乾淨、整潔、利落、清爽、舒適、温馨，衞生是老闆娘自己來打掃的，不用擔心不乾淨，無毛髮無垃圾
環境：前擁小溪，背靠大山⛰️，打滴滴的車基本上2分鐘左右就能上車🚌，在大龍湫和靈巖、靈峯的中間位置，十分方便快捷
服務：民宿的服務態度真的太好了☺️，老闆娘人很不錯👍和藹可親的，早餐非常豐盛有海鮮麪等等各種美味😋可以向老闆娘説想吃的東西，都會盡力去實現的，還可以自己動手製作早餐，會幫忙提前買好材料準備，服務態度可以打💯
設施：浴室的牆面都是用一整塊大理石做成的，裝修温馨舒適又美觀小細節都很贊👍，玻璃非常透明、乾淨，希望以後可以添置一些小桌子哦
