This hotel is actually the Workers' Sanatorium of Wenzhou Federation of Trade Unions. It has an excellent location, only about 200 meters from Lingyan Scenic Area and the transfer center, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities are generally good, with spacious rooms. The bathroom area is large, featuring a great electronic bidet toilet, and a walk-in shower with good wet/dry separation. The hotel service is very attentive and thoughtful, leaving guests quite satisfied. Breakfast was also good and quite satisfying. The chef's cooking was excellent, with dishes seasoned just right. This time, I accidentally left a tote bag behind when checking out. Fortunately, the hotel promptly notified me. I had already driven about 4 kilometers, but I immediately returned after receiving the call, and didn't miss my train. Many thanks to the staff. If I had to point out any shortcomings in the facilities, it would be that the bed is a bit low, the mattress is too soft, and the duvet is a bit too thick. Additionally, I'd suggest adding an opaque film to the glass doors of the shower and toilet for more privacy.

We booked a family room with two beds and a separate living room, which was quite spacious.
First, the positives: *Because it's a new hotel, the facilities are very new and the hygiene is excellent. The room is spacious, and the bathroom has a nice dry and wet area. The mountain view is beautiful outside the window.
*The hotel is located near the Lingfeng Scenic Area, within walking distance of the entrance. The location is excellent and convenient for dining and drinking nearby.
*The hotel owners were very friendly and welcoming, accommodating but not intrusive. I felt very comfortable staying there.
Suggestions: The hotel is located behind the first row of shops, making it a little difficult to find. I would recommend having signage.
The room includes toiletries, but no soap.
The room door doesn't have a lock from the inside, which would be helpful for individuals or women traveling alone.

GGuest UserThe most surprising thing about this trip to Yandang Mountain was that we chose Yanqiu Courtyard as our base. It is not just a homestay, it is more like a poetic residence hidden in the mountains!
The courtyard is located in the core scenic area of Yandang Mountain. It is within walking distance of famous attractions such as Dalongqiu and Lingfeng, saving the trouble of traveling by boat and car. In the early morning, you can breathe in the fresh mountain air by opening the window.
The boss and his wife are hospitable and treat people sincerely. When checking in, they introduced the surrounding attractions and tour routes in detail. The breakfast variety is rich and delicious. Every time I come back from a trip, I feel refreshed after tasting the red bean soup or white fungus soup made by the boss lady herself!
We stayed in the royal golden nanmu room, which gave us a calm, elegant and graceful feeling. It is definitely a treasure among homestays and is highly recommended!

Based on this, I booked a room before getting on the bus at Wenling South Station. I took the scenic area bus and arrived at the homestay in one stop. As soon as I got off the bus, I saw the proprietress standing at the door of the homestay. I went to the room after checking in. It was indeed clean and refreshing. When I came back from playing in the evening, I drank tea and chatted with the boss and his wife in the lobby. It was really relaxing and comfortable, just like being at home.

Entering the hotel felt special—walking up a fabulous marble stairway set the tone right away. The rooms were small but comfortable, offering everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
What really stood out was the staff: incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. The value was unbelievable—I was amazed to have both a comfortable room and a nice breakfast included at such a great price. In the evenings, the lobby came alive with the sound of Mahjong. At first I overheard it from my room, but soon I found myself charmed by the passion and energy of the elderly gentleman leading the game. It added such a unique cultural touch that made the stay unforgettable.
Overall, this hotel was full of character, comfort, and hospitality. I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely return.
