Positives:
- The landlady is excellent and very friendly.
- Location is good.
- Room, bed and bathroom are all very clean, and are kept in good shape by the landlady.
- Bed was comfortable and wifi was good.
Negatives:
- The facilities are basic: 1 shared bathroom between 8, and no where to relax except for your bed, because all the bunks are in one apartment (with the bathroom).
- No drinking water provided.
Summary:
If you want a bed to rest your head at night for a cheap price, this is fine. If you're planning to spend any amount of time in the apartment, this may not be for you, as there is not a lot of space for 8 people.

房間很乾凈，被套都有及時清理，床墊很軟。
老闆每天都有打掃衞生。
晚上準時11點關燈，可以好好休息。
有洗衣機，吹風機。
距離景點很近，出行方便，位置好找。
這個住的問題，在岳陽旅遊方面給了很好體驗。物超所值

房間內部乾淨整潔，有公共陽台和衞生間。老闆服務態度很好，南方不免會有蟑螂但老闆備有滅蟑葯。青旅位於小區裏，位置距火車站較近，距洞庭湖也不遠，附近有公交和共享電車，很温馨，好評！
