嶄新設施，乾淨衞生，床鋪舒適，房間寬敞，停車方便，提供早餐，服務也很好，性比價很高，非常推薦預訂，，陳設佈局比較舒服，還是蠻有格調的。前台的引導服務做的也可以，晚上住宿環境蠻安靜的，早餐種類和味道也都還行。服務細心周到房間現代感十足，新裝修的賓館，所以很乾凈沒有異味。前台小姐姐和工作人員都超級温暖，總之住着很舒服

外出旅遊一直選擇錦江旗下的酒店，這家新開的康鉑，打卡，環境服務一如既往的好，免費停車17樓有健身房和洗衣房，早餐味道和品種在同檔酒店中算的上是佼佼者，品種很多，味道很好，太讓人驚喜。退房的時候前台很貼心的送了水，很滿意的入住體驗，

酒店很好，大堂環境舒適，有股淡淡的香薰味道很好聞，燈光温馨，辦入住有送茶水，讓一路奔波的人倍感温馨，出來玩能住上滿意的酒店真的是很幸福的事兒呢，服務態度也超好，前台主動給升級了房型，酒店餐廳種類很多，味道很好，很滿意這次的入住。

酒店很新，房間環境很乾凈整潔，服務態度很好，我們之前定的房型太小了，前台還很貼心幫我們升級了房間。很喜歡。停車方便，入住很快，房間也比較舒適。酒店還提供健身器材和洗衣房價比超高，環境非常乾淨，早餐很豐富，味道很好。乾淨，清靜，舒適，清爽，服務俱佳，值得推薦！性價比超高，個人非常滿意，值得推薦給大家

房間乾淨衞生，前台服務人員很熱情，有什麼立馬就給處理了，酒店交通位置便利，旁邊就是沃爾瑪超市，購物很方便，去岳陽樓出門就是公交，非常方便，離宵夜街也近，燒烤什麼很好吃，推薦入住

前台服務人員熱情接待，不厭其煩地幫我們解決了一些問題，酒店設施齊全，環境好，房間寬敞舒適，整潔乾淨，衞生間也是乾淨整潔，體驗舒適。酒店停車方便安全。地理位置離岳陽樓景區很近。酒店還贈送了三份早餐，味道不錯👍！
