這個酒店就是個民宿，但是有電梯直達房間。門前能免費停車。睡覺還算比較安靜。就是衞生間小了點兒，衞生間裏的設施也該換了，水龍頭甚至是歪的，都沒有及時的修理。

老闆娘人很熱情，哦，房間裝修的挺好的，窗外就是大地啊，農村的田園風光，窗簾也感覺挺高檔的，但是想把酒店長期開下去，開好的話，我提點小建議啊，非喜勿噴，
第一，要保證客户的舒適度，一個很重要的標準就是要能夠洗個熱水澡，特別是在南方這種大半年都很熱的地方，如果水那麼小的話，客人洗澡的時候就覺得很煩躁，而且洗澡的時間會成倍延長，所以這樣並不省水，如果客人心裏有火的話，就更加多用水，多用電，你不是更費嗎？
第二，把隔音做好，樓上的聲音注水的聲音，樓下聽得非常清晰，還有開關的聲音，如果您別的地方要裝修的話，一定要注意好隔音，如果隔音做不好的話，有些客人的行為可能隔壁的房間會覺得很不舒服吧！
第三，洗手間積水，而且積水的地方剛好是客人洗澡的站位，所以剛開始衹要一放水，客人的腳就在水裡邊了，這個第一個是讓客人覺得非常不舒適，因為腳在水裡麪泡着，這樣子沖涼的話，而且是地下的臟水很不舒適，第二呢增加了客人摔倒受傷的危險，因為這個地方是一個窪處，水流不出去，所以客人來來回回一走，這裏一有水一摔倒就麻煩了，
