房間乾淨整潔，停車方便，告訴前台有保安指示停車到旁邊小區院裏。對面有吃飯的地方，做的魚和小炒都很好吃。早餐比較簡單，沒啥東西，但和房價相應，也可以接受。

尊敬的維也納酒店管理層：
我簡直無法相信，你們竟然有臉提供如此糟糕的住宿體驗！我正月初七入住你們的酒店，結果卻遭遇了一系列令人髮指的衞生和安全問題！你們這是在拿客人的生命開玩笑嗎？！
首先，房間裏的電視牆根本就沒安裝好！信號時有時無，簡直讓人抓狂！你們是覺得客人不需要娛樂，還是覺得我們活該忍受這種垃圾服務？！（最後自己動手拆下機頂盒才看上電視）
其次，燒水壺的底座電線外皮磨損嚴重，電線都裸露出來了！這是要引發觸電事故，還是要引發火災嗎？！你們的安全檢查是擺設嗎？！這種嚴重的安全隱患居然能出現在房間裏，你們的管理是徹底癱瘓了嗎？！
最噁心的是，廁所的捲紙居然沒換！上面還有黃綠色的污漬！你們是覺得客人不配用乾淨的紙巾，還是你們的清潔工根本就是敷衍了事？！這種衞生條件，簡直讓人作嘔！
你們這種不負責任的態度，簡直是對客人的侮辱！我要求你們立即對此事進行徹底調查，並給我一個合理的解釋和賠償！如果你們不能妥善處理，我將毫不猶豫地向相關部門投訴，並在各大平台上曝光你們的惡劣行徑！
