衞生情況一言難盡！剛入住發現馬桶墊圈上有尿漬，電視遙控器裏電池漏液了，隔着床單看到床墊上一大片污漬，麻將機上的空氣過濾芯積滿了灰和黴（圖3），窗子玻璃外麪糊了一層灰，看外面都模糊！浴室下水不暢，邊洗邊漲水！有個燈的開關接觸不良，燈關不上。窗子沒紗窗，不能開窗，進了蚊子咬得小孩一身的包。當天還滿房，換不了房，大半夜的保潔和保安去別的還沒入住房客的房間搬了床墊過來換，保潔擦了馬桶，換了電池，敲了半天開關把燈關了。國慶漲了幾倍的房價就給這條件的房間！建議大家避坑！

選擇這裡是因為評價不錯，來了果然符合大多數人的評價。酒店位置很好，停車方便，人氣很旺，可能是假期客房全滿。前台繁忙而客氣，房間乾淨物品很整潔，備有一次性馬桶墊，床鋪也很舒服。家人説晚上可以聽到火車的聲音，我倒是沒受啥影響。早餐比較市民話，主食品類多，沒有看到牛奶豆漿之類。

很滿意的一次住宿！酒店的設計很有格調，氛圍温馨。房間打掃得一塵不染，設施齊全且好用，洗了澡躺在床上很解乏，工作人員總是面帶微笑，有求必應。性價比很高，強烈推薦！

帶小朋友一起來玩的，定在這裏開始看着差評還以為不怎麼樣，結果一進酒店就看到了前台小姐姐滿面的笑容和温馨的問候，房間也乾淨寬敞，12樓還有自助洗衣非常方便，下次還來這裏岳陽的風景也很漂亮

這次入住體驗非常愉快！從進門開始，前台工作人員熱情專業的服務就讓我感到很暖心。房間比圖片上看起來更寬敞、乾淨，床品尤其舒適，麻將機也很順滑、方便，酒店的位置也很便利，周邊吃飯、逛街都很方便。下次來這個城市，一定會再次選擇這裏。
