酒店位置就在岳陽東站對面大型小區，乾淨又易找，交通方便，樓下早餐店宵夜一條街，去岳陽樓一條直路即到，建議晚上6點半入園半價，洪湖水日落非常漂亮，岳陽樓夜景很美，喜歡熊貓苑也近，是湖南最好的貓館，貓住的好，兩腳獸參觀服務中心也到位。

酒店離岳陽東站很近，樓下超市飯店多，吃飯購物方便。客房新，很安靜，除了常用的設施外，還配了冰箱洗衣機及液化氣灶，甚至還有消防設備。牆上除了wifi密碼，還專門貼了點外賣地址，細節很到位。總之，這酒店確實做到了價廉物美，值得推薦。

離火車站比較近，是高層公寓，剛到房間的時候，發現門鎖鎖不上，裡外都試了半天，跟店家溝通後，換了一個房間。衞生還是不錯的，環境也比較安靜舒適，樓下有超市和餐廳，方便吃個早餐啥的，
