房間是很不錯，設施設備也齊全，地理位置也很優越，距離巴陵廣場、岳陽樓都很近。價格也比較實惠。但服務比較差，網上下了訂單提了要求，禮貌詢問能否延遲退房，一直沒有回覆，可能是我們到達的時間比較晚了，去到停車場不能直接進，需要去前台找人開停車場的門才能進場停車。前台衹有一位守夜長者，對網上操作不太熟悉，雖然是時間比較晚，但是24小時有前台人員這個是酒店必須的服務吧。我是這麼理解的。

我是一個對酒店包容度很高的人，而且也覺得離景點近，其他都沒關係的。但是，這家太差了，很久沒見過這麼差的酒店了，不算酒店，就是個旅館，民宿。如果想住正兒八經的酒店，別定這家，這家前台連電腦都沒有，手動記錄的，而且大叔態度很差，房間門口就是吸煙區，沒有電視，衹有投影，房間的設施和用品都很差很差，吵就不提了

離岳陽樓景區很近，出門右拐走到馬路對面就是汴河街，步行到岳陽樓衹要十多分鐘。有地下停車場，入口離酒店大門有幾十米的距離，導航到岳陽二中門口即可看到顯眼的標識。大堂看起來有點老舊，像是二十年之前的風格。房間還是不錯的，不豪華但是很整潔。服務人員很友好，房間水不夠喝，問打掃衞生的阿姨要，很爽快就給了。這麼好的位置，在旅遊旺季也沒有漲價，非常良心。
不足之處就是枕頭太高了，而且填充得很滿，脖子非常難受。建議再給房間配一對矮一點的枕頭。

地理位置絕佳，岳陽精華打卡點和岳陽樓景區、美食街就在旁邊，性價比超高。酒店服務態度超好，給我們推薦的附近美食味道都挺好，最讓我感動的是酒店工作人員蘇美女，她聽到我説沒有找到幾個精華打卡點位置後，直接騎着自己的小毛驢載着我去找，還幫我耐心拍照，就和自己多年的朋友樣，幫助我這次岳陽之行沒有遺憾，是我這些年外出旅遊遇到最好的酒店工作人員，在這裏再一次感謝她！下次來岳陽還住這裏。

離岳陽樓景區非常近，出酒店門後走一分鐘就是汴州步行街，可以攬看洞庭湖，通過步行街就是岳陽樓。因為我們住的離景區很近，所以白天去了一次，晚上又去看夜場的演出。
設施：酒店新進行的裝修，很是乾淨整潔，被褥也很是舒服，電視可以播放電影和動畫片，深得大人和孩子的喜愛。空調製冷很好，床鋪寬，適合親子。
環境：屋子後面是一平台。所以很是安靜。
服務：很好，天氣很熱，酒店提供了足夠的礦泉水。
衞生：屋子裡收拾的很乾凈。
親子旅遊，性價比超高。
