Yufuin-Sanso Waremokou

The room is big enough, but the facilities are old. There are two hot springs outside the room and one hot spring in the bathroom inside the room. Always stay close to nature, where there will be more mosquitoes. The scenery is beautiful, but when you go down to soak in the hot springs, you can only see the top of the mountain. The reception staff are foreigners (Southeast Asian) and do not have the polite service spirit of the Japanese. Dinner is 70 points and tastes good. The staple food is charcoal-grilled beef and chicken, which are difficult to cook due to the strong firepower. It will be better if someone burns it at first, but then it will be better if you burn it yourself. Breakfast is 75 points, traditional Japanese cuisine. When leaving, the Japanese lady will take photos for the guests, which is very friendly.

The clerk is very polite! The English answers are very fluent! The hot spring hotel has a clean environment and a comfortable stay The food quality for breakfast and dinner is good! There are so many types and portions of food! I was lucky enough to be arranged to dine in a room with a view. The private bath is great for taking photos!  In the end, the clerk was very considerate. He took a photo of my husband and me at the hotel entrance and printed it for us. Very good value for money! Will definitely introduce friends!

All staff can speak English and are friendly. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious, and it was nice to have multiple baths. I especially liked the large communal bath because it was actually a private bath.

The environment is clean, the location is secluded and quiet, the waiters are very good, the breakfast and dinner are delicious and the portions are sufficient. Each room has three private pools. There is no difference between public baths and private baths. I will definitely go there again next time.
