房間衞生太差，地毯太臟服務還好，送了本地特色的月餅早餐也還不錯，早餐期間很多員工上班都在餐廳來來回回拿食物，應該都是管理人員，酒店管理水平可見

優:早餐豐富美味前台服務熱情！劣:衹針對網定客人收按金300元且3天後還不退，且房間牀頭櫃與床之間縫隙裏有上批客人留的黑色打火機未打掃、衞生間水龍頭把手有水漬牙漬未清理、起夜燈半夜無故多次亮起未修理！
