當時看了酒店的圖片展示，以為房間很大，而且設施很好。我訂的是湖景房而非標間，結果進房間一看，房間的結構就是類似全季模式，甚至不如全季的設施，非常簡單而且枱麪很少，連東西都不好放。地毯都是污漬，應該很長時間沒有清洗了。枕頭上也有污漬。最不喜歡的就是這種簡單格式的衞生間和淋浴間了，上衞生間很很不方便。最奇葩的是床頭感應燈，本來是一個挺好感應設施，便於夜間起來照明使用，結果過於靈敏，在床上稍微把手伸出來，感應燈就亮了，影響睡眠。
酒店位於濕地公園邊上，周圍環境還是很不錯的。

來玉環一定要住下位於濕地公園湖畔的這家酒店，風景無敵，房間設施完備，一切都不錯，美中不足是地毯污漬清理的不夠。其它設施也不錯，服務方面，前台小何迎賓到位，貼心。早餐需要提個意見，用餐時間還未到一半，大部分菜品用完就不再上了，後面來的客人衹能剩啥吃啥，這和酒店級別不太匹配。

這是一家位於玉環新區會展中心的酒店，當初的規劃算大氣的，不管是酒店三棟相連建築的外觀、房間設計、餐廳、公共空間及相鄰湖岸景觀都很細緻，盡顯酒店的品味，但不知是不是人氣不足與維護沒那麼好的關係，實際上還是有很大的落差，不過一晚住下來，總體感覺還不錯，性價比還算可以。比較不能忍受的是上午11點多一點就打電話來詢問要不要續住，12點之前一定要退房的要求，這不是入住時就問過的事，真的沒必要重複來干擾住店旅客，心情都被搞壞了，立刻走人。若酒店服務人員能像早餐煮麪的阿姨那般體貼善解人意，那就更好了。
