前台小姐姐態度好，房間採光不錯，衞生也搞的挺好的特別乾淨，基本設施配備齊全而且看起來並不老舊，床鋪舒適，枕頭屬於比較高那種墊起來很軟和。服務態度也特別好，很有禮貌見到了會打招呼。大廳提供免費茶水糖果，下午還有下午茶也是隨意取用的，就在一樓後面，很特別的服務！

再打電話搔擾就別怪反轟炸了，md不直接差評就不錯了還好意思打電話過來，人剛進房間就馬上來訊息要不要換房，房間是有監控嗎這麼準，無窗房香水濃度高得離譜，五分鐘不到就想窒息了（開抽風情況下），心臟疼痛呼吸提不起來，可不就得加錢換房嗎？馬桶問題叫人來處理，給出的兩個前台電話都是無人接聽的，微信説了才説電話不是這兩個，結果叫人來處理了，那抹布也不知道抹的什麼，一堆水。怎麼？還想要我怎麼評？還打電話來想讓我怎麼評？我本無意再評，大不了以後不來就是，結果電話來搔擾，那我就好好評，爽了嗎？舒服了嗎？

這次來玉林出差，選了名人酒店火車站店太明智了！從出火車站步行幾分鐘就到，拖着行李箱也沒覺得麻煩，地理位置直接戳中出行需求。
走進大堂就眼前一亮，設施設備全新又有設計感，前台的枱麪搭配柔和燈光，連辦理入住，操作流暢沒半分卡頓。
房間更是驚喜，床墊軟硬剛好，躺上去像陷進雲朵裏，出差的疲憊瞬間消散。傢俱都是嶄新的，衣櫃推拉順滑無雜音，浴室的花灑出水均勻，水温穩定，連洗漱台的鏡子都帶柔光，化粧、整理儀錶特別方便。
最暖心的是服務，早上趕時間去前台借充電線，工作人員笑着小跑拿來，還貼心提醒附近的早餐店；晚上回來想喝熱水，打電話到客服，沒兩分鐘就送來了裝滿熱水的保温杯，全程語氣親切又有耐心。住在這裏就像在朋友家一樣舒適，下次來肯定還選這兒！

超讚的酒店入住體驗
這次選擇的酒店，在設施和環境上完全超出預期，必須認真好評！
設施方面特別貼心，房間裏不僅有電視，連床頭都配有USB充電口，睡前給手機充電超方便。衞生間乾濕分離做得很徹底，還馬桶圈，冬天用着特別舒服，器材維護得很乾凈，使用感極佳。
環境更是沒話説，大堂擺放着新鮮綠植，空氣中飄着淡淡的香薰，讓人一進門就覺得放鬆。走廊鋪着厚厚的地毯，走路完全沒有噪音；房間窗外正對着花園，早上醒來能看到綠植和陽光，一點不壓抑。公共區域每天都有工作人員定時打掃，角落也沒有灰塵，整體整潔又温馨。
這樣設施齊全、環境舒適的酒店，下次來絕對還會選！
