I booked Club Med Lijiang Yulong Snow Mountain through Trip.com this time, and overall, I was extremely satisfied with the stay. It was a high-quality vacation, perfect for families. We were traveling as a family with my parents and child, so we prioritized room comfort, service details, and itinerary planning. This experience completely exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, nestled at the foot of Yulong Snow Mountain. The environment is quiet, the views are expansive, and we could see the snow-capped mountain every day, creating a strong holiday atmosphere. During our stay, the hotel thoughtfully upgraded our room, making it even more spacious and comfortable. The whole family was very pleased, and both my parents and child had a wonderful experience. I especially want to commend GO Darcy. He was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive throughout our stay, always proactively helping us arrange many things, which made traveling with family very hassle-free. After learning that it was my birthday during the vacation, the hotel even specially prepared a birthday cake, giving us a warm and surprising little ceremony that added an unforgettable memory to this trip. Overall, Club Med Lijiang is highly suitable for families, especially those traveling with elders and children: the service is professional, the arrangements are thoughtful, and the environment is beautiful.
