Xiaoyin Qinghuan - Snowy Mountain Silence and Beautiful Stay

Located within Baisha Ancient Town, they offer pick-up and drop-off at the ancient town entrance, making it very convenient for exploring. It has a courtyard garden with cats! The second-floor terrace offers views of the snowy mountains. The environment is nice and very quiet!

The B&B is in a great location – central yet peaceful. The service was excellent; they contacted me a day before check-in with travel tips, and even picked up my luggage on arrival. On my departure day, to catch my flight, I asked the housekeeper to bring my luggage to the street, and they readily agreed. The second-floor terrace offers beautiful views, and the hotel's cats are absolutely adorable.

The courtyard has a great ambiance, it's comfortable and clean, and the location is excellent – close to the old town's pedestrian street, offering a quiet retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. The owner is very welcoming and provides attentive service.

The service was exceptional! The lady even helped us with our luggage when we arrived. The room was also very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The soundproofing at night was excellent – it was so quiet! This was the most comfortable night's sleep I've ever had in Lijiang! And the little kitten was super cute!!!

A rare, comforting haven during a busy trip. The hotel has a quiet, elegant atmosphere, with simple yet tasteful decor. The rooms are spotless, and the soft bedding melts away all fatigue. The soundproofing is excellent, keeping out the city noise. The staff are gentle and polite, and thoughtful little touches are everywhere. It's perfect whether you're traveling alone or with company. This is a place I'll remember and gladly return to.

The hotel has a beautiful environment and comprehensive facilities. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, assisting with luggage and recommending nearby attractions and restaurants. It's also very close to major sights, making transportation incredibly convenient. I had a very satisfying stay.

It was pretty good! I originally booked a courtyard room for one night, and they upgraded me to a terrace room for free, which saved me the hassle of switching rooms. The service was excellent; they offer pick-up and drop-off at the entrance of Baisha Town, and there's free coffee available. The facilities are also good, with plenty of disposable toiletries provided, and even a small fitness corner. They also gave us lots of tips for sightseeing and dining. It's just a shame the weather wasn't great during our stay, mostly cloudy with rain. Finally, they gave us two instant photos as a souvenir, which was a lovely touch.
