Yulong Mujianshan Homestay Reviews

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night, the location was excellent, there were some issues that made my stay less than enjoyable. First, the room was decent. Clean and tidy. Staff was helpful enough to carry our baggage to second floor. Then I realize that we can't see yulong mountain clearly thru our room and we have to climb up to an common Area (Roof Top) to see yu long mountain which has been blocked half by another building next door. But we depart earlier the next day at 6am to Yulong Mountain. So we have to carry our own luggage to lobby, and there's totally no light at the corridor. I have to take my luggage through a dark corridor. My Friend She missed a step and twisted her ankle. I've bring up this issue to the hotel but I did not receive prompt assistance or resolution I had hoped for. They only send me a red packet thru wechat. I hope the management can address these concerns by improving lighting in certain areas. Some parts of the hotel, especially second floor.

The place was clean and cozy, perfect for families to stay in! It's located in a quiet neighbourhood, just a few minutes from Baisha Old Town! Staff here were really friendly and helpful - always being responsive when we had questions and even went all the way to help us to find private tour guide to Yulong snow mountain. (Plus point: all of the young staff are so polite and always greet us warmly - my parents absolutely LOVED THEM). Their service is definitely one of the reasons we'd love to return!

The whole homestay is small and exquisite, with good service. The boss and employees are very enthusiastic to take care of things for us, such as introducing secret spots, taking taxis, buying tickets, pick-up, etc., without saying no, allowing us to explore easily and go to where we want to go. 5️⃣✴️ good reviews🫰 Each room has its own characteristics, there are garden view rooms, mountain view rooms, half-mountain view rooms, etc. We chose the half-mountain view room for the spring end, a very beautiful room name❤️. TA opened in 2024, so it is still very clean and tidy. When we checked in, we were also given 1️⃣ of flower cakes for each person to enjoy, which was really thoughtful😍 There is also breakfast, with rice noodles specially prepared by the aunt, and side dishes. The dishes are very rich and nutritious, and delicious😋

During this trip to Lijiang, I stayed in a hotel that was like a small garden. The hotel service was very thoughtful and the surrounding environment of the hotel was very quiet. The hotel is about a 10-minute journey from Baisha Ancient Town. As soon as I entered the hotel, I felt the feeling of being on vacation and at home. The housekeeper at the front desk was also very enthusiastic. She made us double the hot milk that night and helped to put the suitcases in the room. It was very thoughtful. I highly recommend this hotel. The housekeeper's pick-up and drop-off service was very thoughtful. I was very satisfied with the stay experience. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared afternoon tea and souvenirs before leaving. It was very thoughtful and warm!

Staying in Jiayue - The luckiest thing about this trip is staying in this homestay! As soon as you enter the house, you can feel the extreme sanitary conditions. Every corner is spotless and the details are perfect. Its location is excellent. You can see Jinshan from the window and the scenery is beautiful. The homestay is full of literary and artistic atmosphere. From decoration to layout, it shows a unique style everywhere. Staying here, time slows down, as if walking into the slow life in the novel, leisurely and comfortable, making me reluctant to leave. I heard that the homestay is opened by several young people. They are really considerate. Not only do they provide various travel suggestions, but they can always meet the needs of guests in time, making people feel extremely comfortable and at ease. I lived so comfortably this time. Next time I must bring my mother to experience it!

It was already early in the morning when we arrived at the hotel. The lady at the B&B was very considerate and helped us turn on the air conditioner in advance. We didn’t see the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain the next day because of bad weather, but the B&B guy still got up early to help us take pictures. Since we were going to the snow mountain, he also prepared a convenient breakfast for us to take with us. In the afternoon, he also prepared afternoon tea for us when we returned to the B&B. After afternoon tea, he drove us to Baisha Ancient Town. The service was really top-notch. I would like to especially thank the guy who took the photo at the B&B. Due to the weather, we didn’t see the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain in the morning for two days, but on the last day, the guy still got up early to help us take pictures.

Service: The service is super good We arrived at 11 o'clock in the evening. It was so cold that the housekeeper waited for us at the intersection. This detail control is very good (It would be even better if he turned on the air conditioner for us in advance) Then he helped us heat milk and get fruits and so on in the evening. He was very busy. It was really very good. Your service is really good. Our whole family likes it. The next day, he arranged a car to take me to Yuhu. The young man who drove was also very good. Although the weather was really bad, his driving skills were stable (he also introduced nearby attractions on the way, and then took us to buy battery car tickets and watched us check the tickets.) I wanted to see the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain and booked a hotel in Baisha Ancient Town. I looked online and decided to choose Mujianshan. Four words to sum it up: I made the right choice! I took a taxi to the door of the B&B. The front desk girl came out to pick me up enthusiastically. The staff took the initiative to take the luggage and had a good attitude. The room was clean and tidy. It was very quiet at night and I slept very well. I am not used to sleeping with a high pillow. I contacted the front desk at more than ten o'clock in the evening to ask if there was a shorter pillow. The front desk girl brought it to me in less than five minutes. The service attitude was very good. It is worth recommending. In the morning, I can watch the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain on the top floor of the hotel and there is a shooting service, which is very filmy.
