The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Baisha Ancient Town, with stunning, unobstructed views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. There are many picturesque spots in the courtyard perfect for photos. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and freshly ground coffee is available all day. Each evening, they thoughtfully deliver a nightcap, and the nightly bonfire in the courtyard creates a wonderful ambiance. They even offer free laundry service. The entire stay was comfortable and well-rounded, with meticulous and attentive service. Highly recommended for a vacation in Lijiang!

Following a friend's recommendation, I chose this hotel for my trip to Baisha Old Town. The location is super convenient, making it easy to walk around the ancient town. Most importantly, the hotel offers fantastic views. Standing by the floor-to-ceiling windows, you're greeted by the stunning snow-capped mountains and beautiful hotel decorations. There are photo opportunities everywhere, and you can get amazing shots without needing any filters. The breakfast offers a wide variety and tastes great, and they also provide complimentary afternoon tea where you can order any drink from the menu – the freshly ground coffee is especially fragrant. Every evening, they even send a thoughtful complimentary nightcap. In the evening, there's a bonfire where you can gather and chat, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Plus, they offer free laundry service, so you don't have to worry about clothes while traveling. The butler service is attentive and thoughtful, making my entire stay comfortable and worry-free. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The rooms are beautiful, and the work area in the lobby is excellent. The back garden is perfect for photos. You can even see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right from your room! The butler service was very attentive, and the coffee in the hotel is free-flow upon check-in, which was amazing. Absolutely loved it! Such a beautiful hotel, right next to Baisha Ancient Town. It's super close, and you can even see the 'Golden Mountain at Sunrise' from your room, plus stargaze at night. This guesthouse is just a few minutes' walk from Baisha Ancient Town, making its location superb (plenty of dining options and easy access to delivery services). It's also very quiet at night. When it rained in Lijiang, the hotel even had a billiard room, which was a great way to relax. The courtyard's flowers and plants are meticulously maintained, and there are several courtyards, a treehouse, and a viewing platform on the third floor, all very well-designed and perfect for photos. The rooms are well-lit, and you can see the snow-capped mountains just by opening the curtains; on clear days, you can even witness the 'Golden Mountain in the Sunshine' phenomenon. The hotel's food is excellent, and during our stay, coffee, juice, and tea were available on tap, all of high quality. In the evenings, there were small bonfire activities, and the staff were very responsive. The rooms are clean and equipped with washing and drying machines, and the staff even helped with laundry, which was incredibly convenient for changing clothes during our travels. I loved it; overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

I used to have a preconceived notion about guesthouses – that they'd have poor soundproofing, cold water for late-night showers, and lots of mosquitoes. However, Kuiran completely disproved all of these! ❤️ I slept incredibly well here. The shower water reached my desired temperature in just two seconds, and despite being on the first floor, there were no mosquitoes, so I didn't even need to use mosquito repellent. Traveling with two young kids (a 1-on-2 trip) made me truly appreciate the thoughtful and caring service from the Kuiran team; I felt really well looked after. 😊 I highly recommend their travel photography service. Every spot here is stunning, and I absolutely loved the photographer's style. Every casual pose turned into a masterpiece. I've already updated all my profile pictures and phone wallpapers! Unobstructed snow mountain views, a welcome fruit platter, unlimited coffee and freshly squeezed juices, a bedtime dessert, airport drop-off… the list of things I loved is endless. In short, I highly recommend Kuiran to everyone for an experience and enjoyment! ❤️

First off, I have to praise the service. They helped with luggage, offered valet parking, and everyone had a great attitude, always ready to assist with any request. Next, the accommodation and activities were really unique. You can find plenty of photogenic spots within the hotel, enjoy views of the snow-capped mountains (though not in summer, it should be a fantastic view in winter!), and there were even bonfire and fireworks shows. Breakfast was a standard Yunnan-style spread, with rice noodles, various pastries, milk, coffee, and more. Coffee and other beverages were free-flowing during service hours. Highly recommended, and I'd definitely choose this place again when I return to Lijiang (imagine lying in bed in winter, watching the snow-capped mountains and the golden sunrise).
