The people in Yunnan Province are very accommodating and the folks at this hotel set a great example. Not only did they make us dinner after the suggested time of 6PM, but they also provided afternoon tea and an awesome room to relax in after the cable car ride and hike up to Yulong Snow Mountain. This property is a little oasis in a traditional Chinese village. It’s somewhat off the beaten path but if you want to be relatively near the scenic area as well as in a traditional Chinese village, then look no further. Dinner was very good with a nice variety of homemade dishes cooked to order, and breakfast was traditional porridge with a variety of side dishes including boiled eggs. The room does not have air conditioning but reality says it isn’t needed since it’s dry here and it gets cool at night. The room has all of the requirements, including a comfortable bed and shower. This place is a solid 4 stars.

Great location outside Lijiang. Nice little village and very quiet. We had balcony via over Jade mountain. Owners were super nice and helpful. Generous breakfast, basic meals available at night. We'd for sure go back. Easy drive to Yuhu village too.
