Couldn't wait to leave a glowing review for Shitoucuo after checking out! My three-day stay at Shitoucuo was absolutely wonderful. On the day we arrived, the staff even upgraded our room. The soaking tub in the room was incredibly comfortable, and on a clear day, you could lie in bed and enjoy the lush greenery all around. Even though it rained for the first two days, Shitoucuo offered a variety of indoor and outdoor activities that kept us fully entertained and made every day feel fulfilling. Shitoucuo is within walking distance to Yuhu Village and the Yuzhu Qingtian scenic spot. Longnv Lake is just a short walk to the left of the entrance, making the location very convenient. The local restaurants recommended by the staff were delicious, and the hotel's own dining options were excellent too. Every staff member was very responsive. Shitoucuo also provides shuttle services to and from the village and various activity locations. While I preferred walking, the staff responsible for the shuttle would always kindly ask if we needed a ride whenever they saw us on the road – their service was proactive and thoughtful. On our third day, my partner suddenly had a stomachache, and a staff member specially brought back the medicine we needed from the city, which was incredibly touching. I was incredibly lucky to see the golden sunlight on the snow-capped mountains and the mountains themselves! The snow mountain view room I booked was absolutely worth it; every day I'd just look up and see the pine forest and the snow peaks. The butler team, a group of several people, was super attentive and met every request. I'll definitely be back for another vacation – it truly feels like a home away from home.

The hotel offered a great variety of activities that appealed to both adults and children; my kids and I really enjoyed them. The service was warm and attentive, and we even got to see the starry sky and snow-capped mountains during the rainy season, which was a pleasant surprise!

Staying at Shitoucuo was the perfect end to my solo trip! The hotel environment is lovely, and it's very close to Yuhu Village. Perhaps it's because I've been in strict work environments for so long, but coming to Shitoucuo, I felt a sense of warmth and relaxation every time I saw the staff. Their service attitude was excellent – very professional yet friendly, and they respected personal space. It felt like a secluded village in a game, and the daily operations of the hotel also felt like a game, which was very reassuring. I wish all the staff and the hotel continued success! I'll definitely come back if I get the chance.

A beautiful, cozy, and delightful hotel! Most of the staff seemed a bit shy but very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. They even proactively helped me fix my suitcase. I had a super comfortable three-day stay. Yuhu Village isn't overly commercialized; it feels very natural and untouched. The hotel is right next to the lake and a horse ranch, just a one-minute walk away. It's about a 10-minute walk into the village. The staff at Shi Tou Cuo (Stone House) kept offering to drive us into the village or pick us up if we were tired, which was incredibly reassuring. It was a great experience, and I look forward to visiting again!

The hotel offers unbeatable views of the snow-capped mountains, and it's super convenient for horse riding as it's right next to Longnv Lake. The village is about a kilometer's walk, or you can arrange for hotel pick-up/drop-off. I have to commend them for having such great facilities in such a remote location. This is a guesthouse that blends Naxi ethnic features with modern hotel management, boasting smart home controls, a smart toilet, Marshall speakers, and a Dyson hairdryer. The service is excellent; they're always responsive, offer complimentary laundry service, and the breakfast and afternoon tea are substantial. The complimentary bedtime milk is very fresh and sweet. What stood out most were the abundant daily activities, especially the evening games and performances which my kids absolutely loved.

This hotel is perfect for a slow-paced vacation, and I'm absolutely delighted! It's located right by the entrance to Longnv Lake, about a 15-minute walk to the commercial street – not too far, not too close, so it's nice and quiet. If you're lucky, you can even see the 'Golden Mountain in the Morning Sun' right from your bed. The exterior features typical local stone architecture, while the interior design is very stylish. There's also a lovely grassy area out back that's great for photos. The room layout is practical, and the mattress and pillows are super comfortable. If you're not rushing to see all the sights, the hotel offers plenty of activities to keep you busy for days, like hiking and fruit picking, horseback riding around the lake, and Naxi home visits. It's especially great for families with kids. The airport shuttle service is also very convenient. I have to commend the service; the staff are all incredibly warm and friendly. When we needed anything, the 'little brothers and sisters' (staff members) responded quickly and were very thoughtful in helping us solve problems. The performer, an 'older brother' (staff member), was also very dedicated – great at singing and dancing. He didn't miss a single toast song before dinner, and the bonfire party had a fantastic atmosphere. The hotel food is outstanding, with unlimited fruit and drinks. The afternoon tea, in particular, was very rich and varied. The restaurant's zhajiang mian (noodles with fried sauce) and yak hotpot were delicious, and for breakfast, we even had milk bird's nest and peach gum sweet soup – very thoughtful! I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Lijiang. I hope the hotel maintains its quality. Looking forward to the second phase, see you next time!
