這次旅行選擇入住君城酒店是我做出的最正確的決定之一。從預訂到入住，整個過程都非常順暢。前台接待員熱情周到，辦理入住手續迅速而高效，讓我感受到了賓至如歸的温暖，房間乾淨整潔，非常寬敞，佈置得既現代又温馨。早餐類型很多，餐廳就在2樓特別方便，床鋪舒適至極，特別值得一提的是酒店的服務，特別熱情，總之，這次住宿體驗超出了我的預期。

非常反感這家酒店的服務，朋友來坐個十來分鐘就走了，還一直打電話催促下來登記，打完電話説明瞭情況，竟然還要直接上來敲門…！！沒見過這樣掃興的酒店！避雷吧！

設施：比較陳舊，熱水不穩定，洗個澡冰火兩重天，沒有停車場，停車不方便，電視開不了，房間電話也是壞的

房間超級超級差，破破爛爛，然後欺騙客户30平方米的房間，其實只有10平方米，而且前台這個服務員超級囂張，説就是這樣的不住就算，大晚上11點的讓人到哪去找住的地方😡沒見過這麼破爛的房間！沒見過這麼囂張的前台！

3月4號凌晨1:04分下的單到店開好房已經是早上5:37分，酒店要求是早上9:00入住的因為購買了提前4個小時入住的所以才能五點入住正常來説是早上9:00才可以辦理入住的，然後3月5號12:00就要求退房時間分配有很大的問題、竟然要求了客人9:00才能入住那為什麼還要算上第一個晚上的時間呢？？讓世界頂級數學家：阿基米德來算都得把腦子cpu燒壞吧？
衞生：這個是還可以的就是唯獨住的這一次廁所下水道的味道很大如果不開廁所的排氣扇跟關廁所門的話整個房間都是下水道的臭味。

住了很多次了，這次住房體驗感真的十分差，睡着覺的時候房門突然被打開，在睡夢中驚醒，打電話給前台也只是簡單敷衍地説是其他顧客不見了房卡，誤進了房間拿房卡，我再次反問為什麼會有我住的房卡？當時衹想要一個誠懇的道歉，而前台趾高氣揚地説是清潔阿姨給的總卡，我讓那個人給你解釋。這事發生在白天還算好，沒那麼恐懼，如若發生在晚上，真的沒有一點安全感，私隱感。犯了如此低級的錯誤，就算沒有顧客至上的服務態度，也應該為消費者的安全保障權受侵犯而道歉吧？
