這家酒店環境優雅、服務好、很安靜、值得推薦入住!!!酒店非常的乾淨， 性價比又高，床品很舒服，枕頭的高度對我來説也是剛剛好!最最感動的是服務態度相當好，尤其是前台小姐姐佳紅服務周到細緻的服務態度很好！房間有免費礦泉水啥的，整體來説真的很不錯，值得五星好評！

美巢酒店的服務真的很好工作人員就非常熱情和專業。前台美女佳紅會詳細地介紹酒店的各種設施和服務，還會根據我的需求給我推薦附近的餐廳和景點。在入住期間，有問題可以撥打前台電話[讓我看看]前台也會積極解決問題，我覺得這點做的很好

環境：地段比較好
服務：前台超級差，態度僵硬，愛答不理
早餐服務小姐姐們態度温和
衞生：還好，客服服務不太友好
設施：確實人性化提供了洗面奶、卸粧液，必須表揚一下，但缺少一次性洗臉巾
早餐簡單，咖啡不錯。
劃重點：預訂的時候有項歡迎水果，但未提供歡迎水果不知道是為什麼！！！

酒店大廳有機器人 還有打印機可以打印資料，前台陳紅瑞服務好，辦理入住快，房間設施設備齊全，五樓有洗衣房還可以烘乾衣服 隔壁還有健身房電梯口還備有礦泉水，房間大，採光好，有免費停車場，出行方便很滿意的入住體驗

之前也住過幾次，一直覺得很不錯，這次就又過來了，貴店地理位置極佳，硬件設施無可挑剔，軟件服務均為上乘，周邊各種店鋪林林總總，離高鐵站，機場，公交站都近，尤其是去萬達廣場和鹽池都很近，出行特別方便，服務方面我也很滿意，特別是前台陳佳小姐姐，特別熱情，溝通能力很強，入住體驗感就是兩個字～滿意！

來運城旅遊，入住條山街這家寶藏酒店！酒店周邊交通方便，商業街，超市，離東湖早市，黃河夜市都不遠。樓下是一家當地菜館，便宜實惠，口味正。
大廳裝修簡約大氣，房間衞生狀況無可挑剔，設施齊全，配有睡衣，淋浴間乾濕分離的，下單之前看評價裏有説到衞生間透明玻璃，特意打電話問了，前台告知已貼了膜，進房間第一時間看了，果然是有所改進貼上了膜，老闆還是聽勸的👍床睡着舒服，房間裏住得超安心。最貼心的是接送機服務，航班晚點也耐心等候，司機師傅熱情幫忙搬行李，路上還細心推薦當地景點和美食，直接省了做攻略的煩惱！
從酒店出發去七彩鹽湖、解州關帝廟、鸛雀樓都超方便，前台給規劃了最優路線，還給拿了運城景點地圖，太暖心了！這次入住體驗滿分，已經安利給所有朋友，下次來運城還住這兒！
