服務特別好，幫忙拿東西，酒店在景區裏面，因為有孩子，東西比較多，有一件水，需要坐電瓶車，坐船，有位師傅幫忙抗，特別感動，最後才知道師傅竟然是老總，逛過太多地方，第一次見老總這麼和氣，逛完景區有車送到停車場開自己車！
木屋包景區門票，感覺比單買門票划算很多！

一家四口青甘環線自駕到此，原想找到一家森林內的酒店居住，在攜程上搜到此酒店！ 住宿前打電話至前台詢問是否需要購票！明確告知無需購買門票！兩孩子均在1米1的1米3。景區門口工作人員攔住，需要繳納一個孩子的門票費50元，另外每人再買5元錢的保險！總共70元整！沒有開收據發票！！老公覺得疑惑追問為何需要購買保險，保險包含什麼！以及住宿內小童為何需要購票！工作人員支支吾吾答非所問！此時我們很疲憊！不想影響體驗也不想與其繼續周旋！！！交付了70元，卻不知接下來更讓我們驚呆！ 雖在景區門口工作人員稍稍提醒，不要帶行李，我們問車船到酒店嗎，工作人員反而説我們坐車坐船會直達酒店門口！現在感覺是在促進消費！！也並未告知會爬山！！跟着前行的保安叔叔算負責幫忙把行李拿到電瓶車上！坐電瓶車到達一個點後……要爬樓梯提着一個大行李箱到遊船這才得知，坐船前往需另付費一百元！！不坐船步行需要半小時到酒店！其他遊客和我們拼船時多問了船員兩句！！船老闆還差點和遊客吵起來……我也是服了！長期旅遊的我們也是第一次遇到酒店不配礦泉水的……今早退房返程船費80 ！ 來回坐船費共計140
拋開以上的吐槽，酒店內工作人員態度還算可以但無服務！外地遊客慎住吧！
