1.【入住條件】：入住酒店需要繳納100元的按金，退房卡時退回按金100元（一般都不會扣按金的）；
2.【基礎設施】：酒店不提供一次性拖鞋，但是有非一次性的拖鞋（兩雙）；其它東西都有提供，空調，電視，網絡，礦泉水，一次性牙膏，牙刷等入住用品；
3.【價格】：價格便宜，環境一般；
3.【隔音效果】：不是很理想；
4.【有無電梯】：無電梯，民房改造。

挺滿意的，就是樓層有點高沒電梯，客服前台預訂需要交100按金，沒有享受到免按金的信任，工作人員太少了，他們也挺辛苦的，

房間設施陳舊，床單 被子破舊，照明燈光昏暗，洗漱浴巾不衞生，大床很硬，睡的很不舒服，蚊蟲很多，電熱蚊香液使用了，紗窗關不嚴實，身上依然被叮咬的很嚴重
