房間挺新的，但是樓下在施工真的很吵很吵，跟前台反饋要求更換房間。一般來説其他地方酒店這種情況都是免費更換房間。但是我們要求更換其他房間是讓我們補了差價。補了差價就算了，新房間的空調聲音又蠻大，感覺比上一個房間空調聲音大很多。體驗不是很好，太吵了

中央空調壞了，師傅沒修好，第一時間溝通不到位，凌晨兩點多再次協調説換房間，太晚了，我就提了加個風扇，過了很久一個阿姨拿過來我説太臟了她説衹有這個你將就用，沒有解決方案，太晚了我也難得找他們了，自己簡易擦一擦就用起了，這個酒店住過很多次了，這次有點失望

房間面積沒有訂單説的那麼大，很小的一個房間，最最主要房間空調不製冷，第一次住酒店，我居然因為熱的睡不着，一直冒汗，太痛苦了，電視開關還得手動，服務態度也極差，體驗感太差了

服務很差，江景房確實是江景，衹不過玻璃沒有擦，灰撲撲的。
體驗最差的是空調，開冷風衹有風，沒有冷。温度月升越高，喊客服解決，客服説這麼多房間，不會有問題。等出門的時候可能檢查了，可能也沒有檢查，晚上入住的時候空調沒有任何改善。一整晚30°的温度。再三找前台確認了操作方法，並不是操作問題，實質上就是空調老舊，已經到該退役的時候了。並且，不能換房，不能退房。
那麼，既然你給我這麼差的體驗感，我就把你的真實情況反應給還沒有住過的旅客吧。
