The smell of cigarettes in the room is too strong, and it is stuffy when the windows are closed. It was originally agreed that the check-out would be delayed, and it was confirmed repeatedly one and a half days in advance that it could be delayed. On the day of check-out, it was said that it could not be extended. It is understandable to be expropriated, but the solution given is outrageous. I thought it was the best hotel in Elm, but this time I was really disappointed.

Parking lot, breakfast is ok! But the pillow is very uncomfortable! It is recommended that the hotel prepare more pillows to choose from! If you are married on the day of check-in, you are especially prone to be awakened by firecrackers at five o'clock in the morning!

服務一年不如一年，前台太厲害了，感覺惹不起，每年寒暑假都回到榆樹住一個星期，基本都住着，以後不會再住！

住了三天。住宿温馨，服務貼心。從餐飲、保潔、維修，每個服務員工都把我們當家人，處處體現人性化，下次還要住這裏！
