房間衞生很差，空調沒有，電熱毯沒有，半夜衞生間停水，到早上8點多都來不了水，廁所沖不了，洗臉刷牙都不能幹，喝水更不用提了，叫服務員從6點多叫到8點都不起床，還橫眉冷對，惡言相向。想用水衹能買他們的桶裝純凈水。更離奇的是，一房客門卡打不開門，讓服務員加一下磁，而服務員就是不起床，讓房客找其它房間的房客的門卡開門，這還有安全保障嗎？這樣的賓館大家千萬不要光顧了。

房間設施齊備，有兩張寬1.5米的大床，還有茶几靠椅，衞生乾淨整潔，環境安靜，酒店門前有很大的免費停車場，工作人員服務熱情隨和。

房間衞生很差很差，有異味，毛巾都發黃，蚊子還很多 床單很臟很臟很臟 一整個晚上睡的都很不舒服， 礦泉水也沒有配套 要自己買。來玉樹體驗最差的地方。

酒店設施爛到極致，房價那麼高 連瓶水都不送，問了一下戴眼鏡的那個前台 態度惡劣，愛答不理！客人問他還不願意回答問題！ 太差了 ！那個戴眼鏡的前台一直在玩平板 不回答客人的問題和訴求。

酒店衞生乾淨，環境好，服務熱情周到。樓下就是玉樹長途汽車站的候車室、售票廳、辦公室。很安靜，不吵。周圍吃飯方便。離市中心有點兒遠，但是門口就有3路公交車去市區，格薩爾王廣場、瑪尼堆石經城都很方便。

衞生差 網上説的是有無限網到了那邊沒有無限網 網上説的有獨衞可洗澡 獨衞是有但不能洗澡 馬桶還漏水 真的不想住 以後不會在住了 不過服務員的態度真的可以
