説實話剛到他們大廳時我還是有點失望的，感覺就像二三十年前的那種老酒店，原本想着房間也應該很舊那種，到了房間還真不錯，不知道是不是重新裝修過，房間也挺大，房間裏還有手繪的附近地圖，兩個面盆，配有浴缸，這個價位我覺得還是蠻值得 特別是他們的服務太好，我住的這間窗户紗簾破了一個大洞，原本打電話給前台叫他們來看一下，免得退房時以為是我弄壞的，結果人家第一句説的是怕影響我使用，還説要給我換房間，反正也沒什麼影響我也沒換，沖這服務態度，真的值了。我要去洗衣服，到了五樓，五樓的客服大姐主動幫我拿去洗，我當時挺害羞的，因為裏面有內褲襪子，下來三樓的時候，有一個客房服務員跪在地上擦地板，見到我後，還主動站起來問好，一路遇到服務員都主動問好，沖這服務超值了。 房間內也很乾凈，基本沒有什麼灰塵或者頭髮這些，第二天給我打掃續住衞生的大姐也是搞得相當認真。 房間裏面還提供了水果，晚上還有甜粥，都是免費的。房間雖然在路邊，不過關上窗户，隔音效果相當好，以後來玉溪除了這家，不想去別家住了 另外算是雞蛋裡挑骨頭，提幾個建議，一個是酒店的標識標牌真的跟酒店房間相當不匹配，有點lou。建議更換一下。 其次我住的301白天時不時的聽到很大撻的一聲然後轟隆隆的要響大半天，不建議住靠那邊的房間。 今天下去退房的時候，聽到其他客人説有免費的冰棒，我沒見到在哪裡？建議開房的時候提醒告知一聲，或者在房間內弄個指南告知有什麼服務。

非常棒的一家酒店，服務熱情周到，房間温馨明亮、乾淨舒適，性價比很高，酒店的餐廳菜品也不錯，色香味俱全，年夜飯就在這兒吃的，給在外過年的我們留下了温暖的回憶。

酒店離高鐵站不遠，離萬達也不遠，酒店很乾凈，前台小姐姐服務很熱情，看到有小孩還送了小孩早餐卷。酒店飯店的菜也好吃，還手繪了玉溪的游完圖，有心了

環境特別不錯，每個人的服務態度特別好，很乾凈，細節很到位，值得入住。
