Everything else is fine, except that there are bugs in the room and the bites are very itchy. I ordered mosquito repellent, but it didn't help.

同等價位情況下沒有見過比這家酒店衞生及服務再差的酒店了。完全對不起這個價格
1.上一位客户使用過的牙膏繼續留給下一位客户使用。
2.衞生間垃圾桶仍保留上一位客户留下的煙頭。
3.和一起入住的同事（入住同層不同房間），晚上休息時，身體皮膚都出現瘙癢現象，並且同事身上過敏起疙瘩。
退房時和前台反饋衞生狀況差問題，前台女服務員態度還比較誠懇，馬上了解情況，但是後來的男工作人員處理事情態度及方式糟糕透頂，極其差，不把客户反應問題當回事，説亞朵不會存在這種情況，變相説是客人問題，讓其調監控，卻躲到大廳門外。不理不睬，導致客人現場打電話報警及給餘姚工商局打電話。
以上種種説明餘姚這家亞朵酒店根本就沒有把客户訴求當一回事，卻變相推責。這種酒店根本就不適合服務客户，且價位也不符合自身衞生及服務，以上僅是本人及同事住房感受及他們這種服務體驗。不敢恭維。

嶄新的裝修，整潔乾淨的室內環境，方便出行的位置，都讓我覺得這個酒店非常不錯。下次出行還會和家人入住這裏。

這酒店太差了！避雷
衞生方面:
1. 打掃不仔細，進房後看到衞生間層板上有打開的酒精濕巾，沒有更換，估計是沒有仔細看，所以沒有發現
硬件方面:
1.隔音比較差，早上6點半被樓上餐廳的搬水聲吵醒，後來又被洗衣機振動的聲音吵醒，早上7點受不了了換房間
2.房間維護的一般，雖然是新酒店但是很多設施都舊了
3.電梯衹有1部，不夠用
服務方面:
對於前台的服務很不滿意
1.房間分配不滿意，我不要頭尾兩間的，但是前台衹能給我頭尾的，而且當晚入住人數不多，停車場也沒有滿
2.給了我601的頭間，結果樓上就是洗衣房和餐廳，非常吵，凌晨2點才睡，6點被吵醒
3.被吵醒後找了前台投訴，告訴我會去看下什麼原因，結果一直沒有回覆，我們自己上去了看到了問題，最後是我們打電話前台才給了回覆
4.我們提出樓上的太吵了，搬水的聲音和出餐的聲音影響休息，前台理直氣壯的説“正常出餐時間”，意思讓我忍忍，我休息還要配合你們的工作時間嗎？！
總而言之是一家非常差的酒店
