虛有其表，敗絮其中！首先是服務態度特別差，前台及保潔都態度不好，處理事情冷漠，拖延，不耐煩，沒有給予好的處理結果！其次設施破舊，沙發臟污，並且沙發縫裡很多垃圾藏着，都不敢脱衣服坐，玻璃一點都不隔音，住的九樓仍舊是樓下車來車往的噪音吵的根本睡不好覺，空調時好時壞，運行的聲音特別大，腦子裡嗡嗡的完全無法入眠，房內沒有一點點智能化，並且破舊臟污，衞生間多處發黴，整體臟臟的居住體驗感特別差！最後是早餐廳問題，早上8點去已經沒有很多東西了，好些菜盤已空未補，剩餘衹有很多半成品加工的東西，帶着一歲多寶寶完全找不到有興趣吃的東西，並且收餐具的工作人員態度特別差！小寶寶難免調皮，拿了一些獨立包裝的牙簽玩耍，掉落在地上一些，撿起來也不影響使用的，被工作人員呵斥管好小孩子，不要把牙簽扔地上！腔調難看，態度很兇，服務行業現在都是這幅嘴臉對待顧客？寶寶話都説不清聽不懂的年紀，我一個人帶着他，又要去端餐食又要喂他又要自己吃，他自己拿幾個獨立包裝牙簽玩一下可以乖一點，是影響工作人員心情了？？

32平房間沒有想的大，衞生間也很緊湊但是智能馬桶算是亮點。洗漱用品也是經濟大瓶裝，衞生條件不錯，就是感覺不太新。迎賓水果有，早餐可以接受。比經濟酒店好，健身房設施多。樓上還有私家住宅，樓下酒店餐飲，雖然刷卡，但也是人來人往。

早餐被地中海把門大叔告知要自費，罰站三分鐘，查到自己搞錯後毫無抱歉。停車場給我搞錯車牌號，車堵在門口打電話三遍搞不對，大堂經理不能吧責任都推給實習期小姑娘吧? 貌似豪華的浴室發黴，29度的3月底，中央空調不製冷……八個字給你們: 金玉其外，敗絮其中。
