Superb room, clean and refreshing

Check-in experience is very poor. 1. First of all, I booked a business double room with 25 square meters, but I lived in the same room as the cheap superior double room with 16 square meters. The space next to the bathroom is small. The reason given by the hotel manager is that the fourth floor is full of business double rooms and said yes. Divided according to the size of the bed, but I saw that other rooms are obviously different in size. I want to change to a large room on the fourth floor but I said there is a reservation, but at night I noticed that no one is staying at all. I don’t understand why they are all business double rooms. Discrimination? Spent the same amount of money to live in a small room, really, very uncomfortable. 2. Secondly, the hotel can't take out food, but the one who throws the small card can come in? What to install? The takeaway boy is unworthy? 3. Check out at 12 o'clock does not remind overtime charges, ps: other hotels are reminded in advance and there are also two check-out. Let my friend come up after 12 o'clock? Is your hotel landline useless? 4. Finally, in the communication with the hotel manager and the front desk, it is obvious that the attitude of the service staff is not good, and the hotel management is not good. The check-in experience is really bad!

前台服務很好，保安大叔指揮停車，客房大姐見面會熱情問候，房間乾淨整潔，水壓大洗澡舒服，出行方便，環境不錯，門口就是美食一條街，周邊可以逛逛，小吃很多，有本地特色，價格實惠，總體很棒！
