民宿開在在湖邊的路邊上，出遊方便。房間乾淨，設施齊全。標間兩張床很大，由原來的飯店帶住宿，所以可以在店裡點餐，食材都是新鮮的，價格實惠，味道也不錯。樓下還有棋牌室，可以打打乒乓唱唱歌。附近開元酒店的旅客都跑過來吃。周邊風景很美，這次運氣不好下雨，等秋冬季再來。

這個地方浪漫又文藝，真的很適合來感受氛圍，太適合假日放鬆了。
晚上坐在湖邊，吹吹小風，放空一下，
白天拍拍美照，五一這幾天天氣都不錯。
老闆娘人很好，給我們升了標間呢，有個小魚池，我女兒很喜歡。

房間和圖片一樣，位置正對四明湖，雖然有西曬，但空調很給力。對面還是店家的湖景露台，可以坐在頂棚下喝茶，景色一流，就是要注意防蟲。老闆娘以前就在湖邊開餐廳，菜品豐富口味非常不錯，不用費心出去覓食。中間出了點小插曲，老闆娘特別不好意思還要請我們吃飯，沒請成又給我們送雞蛋和當地櫻桃，早餐也沒有因為加人額外收費，真的特別客氣。她家的狗狗也很有意思，因為怕嚇到客人被拴在停車場，那小臉垮的委屈巴巴，因為我們不怕狗，放出來後笑嘻嘻，一塊吮指原味雞就收買了，還知道後退兩步讓把肉放地上哈哈。下次來四明山一定還會住這裏。
唯一要吐槽的是當地沒好好開發湖邊棧道，好景色都給經營水平不佳的開元佔了。自駕的朋友可以往永建線繞湖一週，路上空氣很好，有幾處山色也很美。

民宿位置不錯，就在四明湖旁邊，湖景房很大，湖邊有徒步道，因為下雨我們開車去了紅杉林，景色確實很好，適合週末放鬆

房間乾淨整潔，門口就是四明湖，傍晚欣賞落日。住宿感覺是副業，主要做餐飲，菜非常好吃，都當地人來消費

民宿地理位置特別好，就在湖邊，我們訂的頂樓，頂樓還有一個大的露台直接可以看湖景，能看到水杉林，老闆還送我們樑弄大糕，唯一的缺點是晚上蚊子和小飛蟲特別多，可能是因為靠湖，可以問老闆要個驅蚊液

自駕來四明山玩，選在這裏住。正好是在湖邊，一出門滿眼就是湖光山色。房間佈置得非常舒適。
主要誇一下服務，真的很用心很貼心，早餐準備了附近的特產大糕，前一天我們還在遺憾因為玩得太晚回來的時候附近店都關門了，第二天一早真的很驚喜。再就是有笨蛋把東西拉在房間裏就退房了，人已經在上海了才發現，打電話過去老闆很迅速的給確認了一下房間裏有，然後迅速的給寄了快遞。好安心，體驗非常棒，以後再去玩還會選擇住這裏。
