I rarely comment. Since Ctrip invited me this time, I will write it carefully. The overall decoration of the room is similar to that of a guest house in the 1980s and 1990s. This doesn't matter because I read the reviews before placing the order and had already set my expectations to a minimum. However, this is the first time I encountered that the bathroom in a hotel room is not equipped with exhaust! Or a deluxe room! The bathroom in the room is just surrounded by a few pieces of glass around the bed. The toilet is separated from the bed by a piece of glass, and the exhaust is not installed yet. I don’t know what the designer was thinking during the decoration! Moreover, the glass door of the bathroom was still broken and could not be closed completely. Then there was a smell in the whole room. I had to open the door and window all night to sleep. If I didn't have the child and didn't want to bother, I would have wanted to run away in the middle of the night. Secondly, facilities and hygiene. The TV and remote control are not connected, so they cannot be turned on. There are many stains on the bed sheets and pillowcases (I didn’t take pictures because I didn’t want to comment). Not to mention the breakfast. There are not many things. Secondly, eggs. The egg whites are powdery when pinched, so you can eat the white porridge or the pickled cucumbers. The attitude of the waiters is also lukewarm. Overall, there is really no good experience at all. I have stayed in so many hotels and B&Bs, but it is not good. Talking about the price, there is no worse experience than this one! Having said all this, in addition to complaining, I also hope that what I see can avoid pitfalls.

The hotel environment is good, there are deep lake attractions nearby, and the overall feeling is good. But there is a bit of musty smell in the room and the dehumidification needs to be turned on all the time. The worst thing about India is a waiter at the front desk who has a cold and arrogant attitude and doesn't pay much attention to his own image. In the evening, he was half-lying in the doorway next to the front desk, playing with his mobile phone and talking loudly. This waiter is also amazing.

Accommodation in the mountains is not demanding and the basic facilities are complete. I was attracted by the Siming Mountain in the TV show "Home from afar". The winding mountain road from Xuedou Mountain has pleasant scenery. The last section of the mountain road is thrilling to drive. The road is narrow, so be careful when crossing the road. The scenery of the villa is not as good as expected, but the air in the mountains is better. It is fun to walk around and explore the secrets.

The hotel in the scenic area has a very good location. The rooms are a bit old and the beds are a bit wobbly. The volunteers wearing red vests in the scenic area provide very good service and patiently answer tourists' questions. I would like to give a bad review to a female waitress at the breakfast door of the Forest Restaurant. She had short hair and was wearing a green T-shirt. She had no work badge or uniform. She went to the breakfast area to pick up the steamed buns with her hands without using a tong. I initially thought she was uncivilized. The tourists later saw her going to the door to hand out fruits, and her attitude was not good either.

The rooms are average and the facilities are a bit old, but the beauty lies in living in a scenic area with beautiful environment and suitable for self-driving tours!

Located in a forest park, it took less than an hour to circle around the lake on the mountain. The wet ground in the mountain was covered with water. The air conditioning needs to be turned on, the facilities are a bit leaky, and the door is difficult to open and close. Restaurant service is okay. The service at the front desk was terrible. They told me that parking was free and I could scan the QR code at the front desk or the code at the entrance of the parking lot. However, I was charged 20 yuan for scanning the code at the door. They haven't given me a refund yet. This kind of behavior that violates good faith is disgraceful. Although the money is not much, it makes me unhappy. The phone number on the app is not from the front desk. I called the front desk many times and no one answered. It was Ctrip who contacted me.

When I turned it on, it could only be adjusted to 40 degrees. The capacity was small, but the bathroom heater was okay. The forest restaurant inside is also a bit expensive.
