First of all, thank you for hosting! Although the building has no lift, but he is so kind and helped me to carry my luggage all the way up to the room. The room is huge, just a bit tough in the morning because there are no hot water. Outdoor onsen was great. Please check out on time, the staff came in exactly at 10am. Sadly this trip I ran out of time, so next time when I visit here, Im gonna go 魚沼の里 and 雲洞庵, thanks for the recommendation from the hotel 😉

酒店鄰近JR站，非常方便。自助check in也十分快捷。
設施方面，房間裡的浴室無法使用，要用酒店的公共浴室。
暖氣供應充足，不錯。

環境：入住206房間，進門就看到窗户紙幾處破損，房間牆壁衣櫃水池都是破破的。房間沒有窗簾，窗户紙透光嚴重，很影響睡眠。
設施：房間很冷，窗户不夠密封，早上不是被光亮醒就是被冷醒，空調一點不暖，有一個移動暖氣，打開就有非常重的柴油味，薰**，根本沒法開，開了感覺要中毒。房間沒有浴室，要去公共澡堂，洗澡會冷，沒有地暖。
衞生：第二天起床發現房間多處出現像臭蟲一樣的飛蟲，嚇死了，就在床邊爬，大的會飛，水池邊也有，窗户旁邊小的更是密密麻麻，而且還不斷出現，都不知道是哪裡出來的。特別噁心，馬上和前台反應。一個女工作人員接待，竟然説是外面樹上的蟲，還問我們是不是開窗了，首先靠近我們窗户沒有樹，外面大雪我們更不會開窗，後來到房間幫我們清理了一下，但還是有蟲出現。最後強制要求換房間！換到新房間先檢查了一下，窗户邊有幾個小蟲，讓工作人員處理了，所幸後面沒有再出現。但心裏產生嚴重陰影每天都戰戰兢兢。
服務：入住後沒有人打掃，也沒有更換的垃圾袋。最後一天晚上和前台女生説好讓預訂出租車，到點準備出發竟然她沒叫！想馬上自己打電話叫，結果説衹能日文服務就掛了，當時要趕車，非常着急，按了很久前台的鈴都沒有人來，過了很久。前台女生晃晃悠悠從下面浴室走出來，一看就是剛洗好澡的樣子，再讓他幫打電話

不到萬不得已，不要去！又舊又破又潮，據説還有蟲！為什麼是據説，因為進到房間後，立刻訂了別的酒店連夜搬走！本來對這個價位住宿的要求是，乾淨能住就行，實際看到是根本住不下去。。。

自助辦理入住，酒店離車站很近，環境不錯，日式酒店，沒有餐飲，地下一層是浴室和温泉，去滑雪住在這裏很方便。

這個酒店的名字是湯澤酒店，並不是湯澤大酒店，要預訂的朋友要搞清楚。從大街有一條小路向上爬1分鐘就到，去越後湯澤車站也只需要步行10分鐘。這間酒店共有四層，B1是溫泉，1層是接待，2、3層是房間，合共約15個房間，上落都可以走樓梯鍛鍊，舊式酒店建造時電梯可能不普遍，進入酒店立即脫鞋，在酒店任何地方都不可許穿。酒店特意不安排早餐，方便不想早起床的朋友，大家可以自由在酒店附近的餐館11點後找自己喜歡的吃。酒店也關照喜歡外去用餐的朋友，嘗試一下附近火爆的餐館。房間大及非常懷舊，跟卡通片多啦A夢內的房間一模一樣，可以滿足喜好的朋友。好奇的朋友可以大膽嘗試一下。
