Only one small point 🙈 everything was perfect really good hotel!!! Only the temperature was to high at night time, I had too open all windows and door to sleep.

Really nice hotel very well located right next to a Tram stop. Friendly and efficient reception team. Modern interior and comfortable bed. Lacks a little sound proofing in the rooms but overall it's a good package.

Awful 4 star hotel, interesting how it became 4 star?? Very very old and vanished there should be a review like this do that travellers know where they go, snd what they pay for

The room was spacious but was dark even with all the lights on. There is no air conditioning in the room. However, the location is great and accessible to the main area.

location was ok… not the nearest to city centre but 15 mins walk. it is clean and the room is average size. however would prefer to have shampoo conditioner separately. overall it is ok and price is worth it!

I stayed for two nights. On the first night, I was greeted by a rude female front desk staff member, and was given a triple room that was different from the photo on the website. The room was completely out of proportion to the price, so I asked for a room change, but she said, "Just do it tomorrow!" The next day, the front desk staff member was very polite and nice, and changed me to a larger room. I had no complaints about that room from the first night onwards.

The hotel host was very kind and helped us with luggage storage. He made coffee for us at breakfast.

The location of the hotel is very good, in the city center and walking distance from attractions. Next door to the botanical garden, life in the surrounding area is also very convenient. The service attitude is very good and they will give good travel suggestions.

The uncle at the front desk was super nice. I wanted to buy some water but I didn't have any cash, so he gave me the water. He was a really nice guy, and the location and environment were worth the price, so I still recommend everyone to choose this hotel.

The hotel does not reach the level of 4 stars, three stars or between 2 and 3 stars. The room and bathroom are not so good. Maybe Zagreb is like that.

I think it's a bit expensive to visit during the peak season. The room is a bit smaller than expected, and the breakfast is okay. The location is great for getting around slowly.

It's good for sightseeing in Zagreb because famous attractions are within 1km. The cleanliness is clean and the breakfast is simple, but the taste is good and everything is there. However, the parking fee is too expensive. 15 euros per night.
