Overall property is OK.
A few minor issues: we didn’t receive the check-in instructions ahead of time and had to call the owner the morning of arrival, to get it.
When we arrived the room had a noticeable smoking smell, although the room is listed as non smoking. We had to open windows and run the fan the first day until the smell got reduced, but didn’t go away completely.
Also the light in the shower was out.
Also being in the center of town the area is kind of noisy. The first night the loud music and singing on the main square continued well after 1 am.
Other than that the apartment is fine, clean, relatively spacious and easy walk everywhere. I would give it 4 stars.
