Hotels in Novi Zagreb, Zagreb

First things I like to express my appreciation to Toni at front desk who's very friendly welcoming my first day check in and helping me when I have problem with rental car. He really put his effort making so many calls when the rental car didn't response well, but finally all problem solved. And he sent his regard throe his friend at front desk on my second check in after 7 days traveling to Split and Dubrovnik, his name also Tony and he also very friendly. Thanks to both of you Toni & Tony ( I hope I didn't wrong spelling your name ) It's highly recommend for all type of traveler, the room is very quite, I can't hear anything from next room or outside, sleep like a baby. I love the spacious shower room and all luxury amenities. If not mistaken I think this is a brand new hotel. Since i drive a car, for me location is not important, 8 minutes drive to the old town, not too far. I like the neighborhood is so quite. Breakfast has many menus and tasty too. Overall is perfect , one thing I don't like is the dimming lights. If they have a brighter light, I will be so happy. The W By LJ is my youtube channel if you like to see my review video

Check in took excessively long they had the chance to pre-check as in as we were seating at the restaurant. Food was good and restaurant staff efficient. Decent breakfast

It's a nice hotel. The reception at the front desk is warm. The facilities and equipment are clean and tidy. The various layouts and designs in the room are very good. It can be seen that the hotel owner has put great effort into the design and management of the hotel. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. This hotel The location is relatively remote and suitable for self-driving tours. It is a very good choice. I recommend it.

The hair dryer wasn’t working and the button on the phone to reach reception didn’t work. Other than that it was good.

Front desk service is particularly good

Very close to the airport, ten euros is enough, no need to make an appointment in advance, Uber can call the car at any time. It is a bit far from the city. Breakfast is OK, there are grilled sausage food that Chinese people can eat.

The room is OK, the foreign hotels are generally very poor, can not be compared with the domestic, the domestic is large, here is generally small, it is not reliable, or the domestic hotel is large.

This is one of the best hotels at Zagreb, it's in the middle of city center, very good location. The room is new and fresh, the staffs is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast on the rooftop is kind of cool. will revisit here for sure
