服務是沒的説 人太多了 服務人員走路來接我們 賓館坐落在古城之中 古香古色的庭院 流水連廊綠植 宮廷合院的感覺 房間有個露台 可以看到水系環繞 贈送了水果和酸奶 衞生間馬桶和淋浴的水量較小 洗 沖感覺不痛快 哈哈😂 早餐品種雖然不是很多 但也算是中西都有 小餛飩湯贊一下 味道nice

第一次入住這樣宮殿式園林酒店，環境優美，小橋流水，讓人心情舒暢，古城鬧中取靜，地理位置優越，辦理入住時酒店主動免費升級了房間，都在園景別墅房，一家人住在一起非常方便，非常感謝，每個房間都有免費的水果酸奶，孩子很喜歡，玩的開心，點贊👍👍👍

春節期間預訂的，位置很方便，總枱小姐姐提前聯繫給了停車建議，服務好還有耐心，但古鎮人太多了。進到酒店內陳設融合傳統與現代，大漆櫥櫃、木質雕花門窗、既有歷史厚重感又不失舒適性。房間配有地暖，還很安靜這個很贊。

特別特別好的酒店。
酒店本身古香古色，我們入住的時候，許多遊客以為是景點。早飯也好吃，很對我和家人的胃口。
最讓我感動的是，從我預訂打電話開始，前台的小姑娘就特別熱心，我説我希望兩間房相鄰，方便互相照應，前台小姑娘就幫我留了。後來加了微信，告訴我怎麼買古城門票，車停哪裡方便。一路上，給我打了好幾個電話，詢問我到哪了，需不需要人去南門接。
我們到了古城南門，檢票進去，發現導航的路走不了，因為長者有輪椅，一定要從大路過去。於是我又打電話給前台，麻煩派人來接。接人的小夥子非常熱心，幫我們擋人流，因為輪椅確實不是很方便。
本來預計住兩個晚上，結果孩子突然發燒了，我們行程有變，需要回京了。第二天一早我就和酒店協商，人家很爽快的答應了。
雖然我們家一行五人，衹在酒店住一晚，但是體驗到了酒店絕佳的服務，美味的早飯，精緻的景色。
謝謝前台的小姑娘，謝謝接我們的小夥子，謝謝一位酒店的男士，大概是位經理吧，當時着急入住着急走，又顧長者又顧孩子，我也實在沒想到去詢問人家的姓名。
總之是特別好的體驗，非常感謝，非常感動。
最後一點，酒店表現如此出色，但是沒有一個人要求寫好評。我從北京一路自駕，最遠到浙江，十幾天住了不少酒店，大部分酒店都是加微信，然後要好評。但是，正升園沒有。我想這也是他們點評數不多的原因吧。下次有機會去古城，我肯定還會選擇正升園。
用心，才能長久。祝生意興隆。

過年期間來台兒莊古城遊玩，酒店環境非常好，在古城裡，要買古城的門票才能進酒店，可以提前給前台打電話，會有酒店服務人員在古城門口接送。酒店服務人員特別好，貼心。就是我們住的房間廁所沒有暖氣暖風，比較冷，整體房間佈局比較緊湊，其他都很好。

酒店的服務人員熱情又禮貌，距離東門近，交通便利，停車也很方面，酒店有車可以到東門裡接。餐廳的菜餚美味可口，價格又親民。房間的衞生乾淨整潔，床上用品更是柔軟舒適，並且還有地暖，空調温度是可以保證的，讓我享受了一個美好的夜晚。五星推薦這家酒店，下次來台兒莊，必定再次選擇這裏！

宅邸厚重，園林式體驗，房間寬敞，屋裡的陳設説不上多現代，但是比較有品質，大漆的櫥櫃非常有質感，床品也不錯，睡的很舒適。交通方面車接車送，服務很細緻，幫忙提行李，非常有禮貌，淡季早餐提供AB方案供我們選擇，我們有孩子起的比較晚9點多廚師等我們到開始做，真是太貼心了。下次來還定這裏，超級推薦
